Our goal is to satisfy our customers…by Exchange, Refund, or Repair.
Everything in the store can be exchanged or refunded with a receipt within 90 days of purchase. Without a receipt, store credit will be available. No refunds will be issued for any item that has obvious signs of use, unless covered by the manufacturers’ warranty. Gift Card(s)/Gift Certificate(s) are neither refundable nor returnable. Lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards/Gift Certificates may be canceled and replaced with appropriate proof of purchase. All items won at a lacrosse, rugby, or field hockey camp or clinic are not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

Lacrosse – Brine, Warrior, Gait, deBeer, Cascade, Onyx, Harrow
Heads are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase.
Shafts are guaranteed for 6 months from date of purchase. Harrow 12 months from date of purchase.
Shaft grip coating are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase.
Protective equipment is guaranteed 60 days from the date of purchase.
Bags are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
Helmets are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Goggles are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Goals, Laxwalls, nets, and backstops that are free from defects during normal use for 90 days.
Field Hockey – Grays, Dita, TK, Gryphon, deBeer, Cascade, Harrow, Brine, Penn Monto, Adidas
Sticks are guaranteed for 90 days from the date of purchase. Not Covered: chips, scratches, nicks “invisible cracks”, unraveling grip, cracks in the label, worn stick heel, or loose particles inside the composite’s interior, rattles, vibration, or any other result of normal use.
Goggles are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase.

Protective equipment is guaranteed 30 days from the date of purchase.
Boots are guaranteed for 30 days from the date of purchase.
